History of AM Chaudhry Securities (Pvt.) Limited – Pakistan Stock Exchange Broker

Arif Majid Ch, Chairman, AM Chaudhry Securities (Pvt.) Ltd has started as a Member of Lahore Stock Exchange, he acquired this membership in his own name in 1983. AM Chaudhry Securities (Pvt.) Ltd was incorporated on 29th May, 2006, under the Companies Ordinance1984.

After demutualization and integration in 2013 the individual member ship was converted into corporate body and since then AM Chaudhry Securities (Pvt.) Limited became operational as TREC Holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited having TREC Certificate No. 300 and registered with SECP under Broker And Agent Registration Rule having SECP Registration No. BRL – 32.
